Shield Membership T&C’s

Exclusions:

  • Refrigerant isn’t included but is available during your appointment.
  • Filters are not included but you can order filters. We can assist you in ordering online by calling our office, you will need a credit card to complete the order through our Filter Fetch Partner.
  • If the inspection reveals clogged drain lines during the maintenance, the technician will blow out the HVAC lines. Still, we reserve the right to reject or retract Membership Service Club if upon inspection by servicing the result would not be satisfactory to both parties.

Transfer & Cancellations

  • Service Club Memberships are transferable. If you sell your home, you can transfer to your new home or gift the remaining services to the new owner, friend, or family. We do ask that you contact the Planned Service Coordinator at (972) 564-9785 in the event of a transfer.
  • Service Club Memberships are non-refundable or exchangeable for other services.
  • Annual and monthly membership subscriptions are subject to review if the request for termination or early termination is requested. First could result in additional monies owed in exchange for the discounted but not limited to returns, parts, restocking charges, labor, and equipment.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours, if repairs, discount, or other benefits of the plan have been utilized the full price of all but not limited to fees, services, labor, part returns, filters, or equipment.
  • Willard Service Club Memberships automatically renew each year on the quarter within you signed up. We ask if you choose not to renew to contact our office and speak with the Planned Service Coordinator.
