We have been using Willard Air Heating and Air Conditioning for a couple of years now. Last year we had our upstairs unit replaced with a much more efficient unit and this year we replaced our downstairs unit. The difference has been unbelievable! Because of the type of unit they installed, we notice much more even temperatures throughout the house. The units do not run nearly as long because they cool so much quicker than they used to. Our electric bills were sky high prior to replacing the units. It is truly amazing how much you can save by having the right equipment. We also appreciated his technicians who were very neat & left our home exactly as it was when they arrived. The completely cleaned up after themselves & were very personable, clean cut & professional. Willard delivers on their promises and is very concerned with customer satisfaction. Thank you for the professionalism and quality of work when installing our new Trane heat & air systems. I have dealt with many companies as a Realtor and you are hands down the best!

I admit we were nervous knowing your employees would have to walk through the entire house several times to get to both units and bringing those large pieces down out of the attic. But our fears pleasantly vanished when they brought in clean floor cloths and covered their shoes. They were very personable and explained what they were going to do. You came by to inspect the work each day and even recommended a little work that really needed to be done and why it would make our system better. Once completed, the floors were cleaner than when you started. When I mentioned to your employee that I could finish up the cleaning, he would not hear of it. Your customer service speaks louder than a thousand words and I’ll refer everyone to you.

The system is wonderfully quiet and I’m seeing less dust since the air cleaners were installed. Thank you again.

In March, 2007, we had a Trane XL19i and Trane XV80 installed by Willard A/C. Since that time, our utilities bill has been literally cut in half! We regret that we did not buy this five years ago! The installation went smoothly and our tech was very helpful and informative. We can now enjoy almost silent comfort without any worries!
